Since I live in a state that has to have cats are there any twin turbo kits out there that have cats and can also swap them out for a straight pipe?

It's not going to be CARB legal with the twins, so what difference does it make?

If they will ignore a turbo kit I'm sure they will be willing to ignore a bit more given a little motiva$$ion.

Get 3" metal spun cats, they survive higher EGTs and than the cheap ceramic ones you can find online.

I would give Travis at boost works a call. From the looks of their system that shouldn't be a problem. Depending on how much boost you plan on running.

Yeah itd be nice to have two sets of downpipes, a race set and an inspection compliant set. Swapping before inspection would be easy on a low mount like LPF or BW. Here in southeast VA, all we have is visual and OBD readiness. A tuner and turbo fabricator should be able to make that work, at least for short drives to inspection stations.
