Hey everyone, I’m running into a mess after installing long-tube headers and I’m hoping someone has seen this before. Right now I don’t have a tune, my rear O₂ sensors aren’t plugged in, and I’m just running header dumps while I wait for my mid-pipe. Whenever I do a hard pull, my car throws a bunch of warnings — Drive Mode Not Available, Traction Control, Hill Start Assist(Mind you my cars an automatic) and even the Airbag light — and it’s shifting kind of weird too, like it’s holding gears longer and hitting redline later than normal. The car still drives, but it’s clearly not happy, and I wasn’t expecting all these issues just from this setup. Has anyone else had this happen with headers installed and no tune? Did fixing it just take a tune, or did you also have to plug the rear O₂s back in?
