The latest version is 1-18. When did you do this?I bought mine over the phone, they needed the ESN and updated to 1-16
I just did the map update. I have the same issue. Sync will respond to everything else but navigation. If you say navigation it will respond but from that point its dead.I noticed when after installing the map updates that when I click on the voice button and say "Find an address", it doesn't talk back or do anything. I did a master reset, still nothing. Anyone else experience this? @Bikeman315

Same here.I did do a master reset right away and still nothing.
The dealer will wipe your APIM and reload everything, just like a computer. Hopefully that will solve your issues. Just have a nice conversation with your dealer so that he understands what needs to be done. Not all of them do.So talked to the Sync support and they recommend me taking it to the dealer. Seems as I downloaded the file and it was installed properly without any errors. I've tried a master reset, battery disconnect and reinstalling the update, still doesn't work. I may re-download and try again before I schedule an appointment.
Other voice commands work such as Call XXXX, just not the "find an address" or navigation features.
I went ahead and redownloaded the file and going to try to reload it again. I noticed that you no longer have the option to download it but only to purchase the USB key.
