Just wanted to get members opinions on the ESS kits. Has anyone running the ESS at high boost like 16lbs or higher without having any issues?
My Whipple with only 600 miles and 14lbs boost seals are leaking

I'm only at 14/15 lbs of boost but have not had any issues with anything... been running great for me.

When I add a A10, be it a Mustang or F150, I'll be adding another ESS to it. Zero complaints.

Scary! I can’t help but wonder I’ll have to contend with stuff like this once I add boost. Hopefully it’s something that ESS can get worked out for you.

Is it possible that better seals can be purchased for the SC? How about o-ringing it like some cylinder heads?

I really don't know. I would guess they use a doble edged seal for those shaft and screw seals. I really thought it was engine oil except my catch can was very little oil and I vent the case.
And my Oil Sight glass has oil in it?

Are you still using the OEM PCV setup?

No, I us UPR SIngle Valve Kit specifically used for the Whipple Supercharging. Plus I have a UPR Vent Filter on the passenger side Oil Fill Port.

Something is wrong with the way your set-up is routed or the one-way valve is leaking. See my response to your other thread.

So then what seals are you referring to?
