Has anyone ordered a Mach 1 yet

So just for fun I looked at Autotrader listings to see if any Mach 1's exist at dealers with the options I want and the answer is... not a single one. Manual, 700A, handling package in black, white, red or silver, no ADM (only about 10 listed ADM). Sigh... the wait resumes.

Yeah I just got pushed back from build week of May 24 to week of JUNE EFFING 21!!!!!!

This is the 6th date change from May 3. I’ve had it. Ready to just say F it and cancel. Tired of not being able to drive my 2018.

Got moved back to June 21 also, originally was going to be delivered June 20th.

Yeah. Mine went from the week of May 17th......to the week of May 3rd......and just on Thursday to the week of May 31st.

Oh well, still a lot of summer left at that point. I think it will be worth the wait!

What can you do guys. The car is amazing and we are in shitty times. Ford is stopping Mustang production May 3-7 Let’s be thankful it’s only for a couple of days. Look at the Camaro it’s completely halted. Again let’s pray it’s only for a couple days and then they build ours . Look at it this way we will really have a limited edition. LOL.
Just buy more DOGE coin so you can make money to pay for it because you will. Lol

I still hope that when they do resume Mustang production, they put customer orders through the line before dealer stock orders since they know the customer orders are sold and should be better for cash flow. It's gonna be hard to deal with seeing "your Mach 1 will be delivered in 48 days" on the tracking site change to "75 days".

Yes, they've communicated to us that Retail Orders will be prioritized over stock.

I did the same thing. Looking for orange, yellow or red 700A, painted mag wheels, elite package and auto. When I found some meeting my wants, they had Recaro seats.

New question: has anyone figured out how to cut out the hood liner to let the heat out and the fresh air in? The heat extractor side (right side of hood) has only a tiny slot in the liner and the area of the CAI (left side) is covered by the liner with no opening to the vent. Looks like this should be our "what's the first mod to your Mach 1?" (Should I start a new thread??)

take the whole liner out if you think it interferes with air flow. probably not as the cars have been extensively tested. on my 2015 under the liner is a stamped pony.

Found a white one for $3K under sticker about 3 hours from me with the Tremec and HP but... it had cloth Recaros instead of 700A. Funny, for as badly as I wanted Recaros in my 2018, now that I've had them, they're keeping me from buying this white one.

I think May 3-7 is total shutdown. For previous 2 weeks and this coming week, it's mostly closed. Same with the week of the 10th. Hard to tell from the public press releases, but there seems to be a difference for the week of May 3rd compared to the other 4 weeks in this outage window.
