I cannot even imagine putting a front license plate on my car. I would rather fight a ticket. A good case could be made for diminished value.

Says the guy who lives in a state that doesn't require them. Some people actually do follow the law and would prefer not to get a ticket in the first place.I cannot even imagine putting a front license plate on my car. I would rather fight a ticket. A good case could be made for diminished value.

I live in a state that requires them but under no circumstances would I ever have one. Can’t imagine drilling holes into the front bumper of a new car. Makes me sick thinking about itSays the guy who lives in a state that doesn't require them. Some people actually do follow the law and would prefer not to get a ticket in the first place.
By the way, I do have to admit that I "forgot" to replace my plate after washing it sometimes. Was never stopped or ticketed for it.![]()

Neither would I. That's why there are alternatives. Sto N Sho & Craig's are two of the most popular.I live in a state that requires them but under no circumstances would I ever have one. Can’t imagine drilling holes into the front bumper of a new car. Makes me sick thinking about it
That's what I'm going with for the Mach 1 because of the front spoiler. On my '15 GT Premium, I went with the Sho-n-Sto since it had enough front end clearance.Highly recommended. Easy to install. Plate easily removes for shows and cleaning. No rubbing as it mounts close to OEM. Also the most reasonably priced.

Here it is on my 15' EB

I thought New York was picky, but Mass. sounds totally hardcore. No Sticker if no plate, they got it covered.A friend of mine (also from Massachusetts) was driving his Mustang in New Hampshire without a front plate. A State Trooper went by him in opposite direction and turned around to give a $150 ticket for no front plate! He wasn’t speeding or showing off, only infraction was no front plate. I have a https://ccmustangbrackets.com/mustang-brackets/
bracket. I haven’t been bothered “YET” in Massachusetts
but I put the plate on when going to New Hampshire. You must have a front plate in Massachusetts to get an inspection sticker. The inspection station actually takes a digital picture, and there’s motion cameras from the Registry recording the inspection process. Yup, it’s a pain in the butt!

3M Dual-Lock tapes handle that aspect nicely. Can’t imagine drilling holes into the front bumper of a new car. Makes me sick thinking about it
I just emailed my dealer reminding them not to just to make sure. hahaI literally called and emailed my dealership 10 times telling them, "do not drill front plate" before the Mach got here.
