I’m curious to see pics of all those 23’ M1 HP. From the sound of it, it’s a miracle they even build any at all.

I’m pretty sure there aren’t any 23 Mach 1 on the ground if there will ever be any - 🙄

So what about the mag ride tuning?

I am coming from a SS 1le, which is fully track car out of the box. My intent is to track this car probably every other weekend or so. My SS had super car 3 tires and I used those exclusively replacing them ever 5-7k miles was no issue. Do you know the max negative camber I can get out of a non track pack car vs a track pack car? Anyone driven both in comparison? I only drove the non HP car on a test drive...hardly a test of function. Thought it felt amazing, but I didint get to push it enough.
I sold an SS 1LE in September and picked up a used M1 HP 3 weeks ago. However, the M1 HP has PS4s, whereas the 1LE had the OEM F1s. If you still want thoughts I can PM you as to not clutter the thread.

There are several here on this site, that have orders being built soon...myself included....mine is scheduled for production the week of February 27th. Ford has had a tradition the last few years, of anything that comes with the Cup 2 tires, productions stops sometime in November and picks up again the first of March.

Ya, the whole point of the mach-1 is to top the gt. getting one without the hp seems like a $$ waste for a badge change.
As previously shown in other posts, the Mach 1 has a number of tweaks beyond the simple badge change.

I know I’m perfectly happy with those existing upgrades with my non HP optioned car as I planned on picking an extra set of wheels for those track days, and better caster/camber plates.

My point is the reason most buy the mach-1 and pay the higher "buy in" is for the extra performance, so getting one without the hp package seems, MEH. Although if you are never going to drive it hard maybe the hp package isn't warranted.
To me, (my opinion) it is like the guys that up the engines power levels and do nothing to the transmission or rear end or chassis, sure you got x hp, but can ya use it.
Watched for decades cars with dyno sheets of 500-800hp get waxed at the strip by honest 350-400hp car that the owner scienced out the chassis.
Everyone is different, but If I was stepping up to a mach-1 I would want all the performance options available for it.
Buy I understand everyone isn't the same.

I understand your thoughts, but I‘m curious what those extras from the the HP package really get you vs a a non HP car with a simple tire upgrade? As these cars will be primarily driven on the street, most would benefit from having two sets of wheels/tires anyways for the street vs track days.

I know folks say the HP car will be better on the track, but what does that really equate to in time advantage on the track? I haven’t seen any numbers from a pro type of driver showing a significant time advantage when using comparable tires…Id be interested in seeing that.

No worries in differences in opinion, but those extra coolers gives me a bit more confidence in the car from a reliability perspective for track days.
