Yeah, it’s weird. I turned off my Rev match and that appears to have made it a little less annoying.None. And I'm not tuned by LUND.
Maybe Lund fudged your rev match a bit ? Just a guess.Yeah, it’s weird. I turned off my Rev match and that appears to have made it a little less annoying.
Not sure. I wonder if a KAM reset would be beneficial?Maybe Lund fudged your rev match a bit ? Just a guess.
You will definitely see improvement by keeping radiator wash and engine bay heat from entering the filter. Closing the gaps. Insulating the piping itself is not going to do much, if anything. The trick is to draw colder air in without impeding the high flow that the PMAS provides. As someone mentioned earlier, they are coming out with a retrofit to move the filter to the fender well by extending the intake tube. It should be a “best of both worlds” solution IMO. I’m def down for one when they start selling it.I did the foam pipe insulation around my gt350 airbox over the weekend. The added sealing against the bottom of the hood definitely kept temps down sitting and moving through slow traffic.
Me too. But, the access hole where the filter is suppose to go is awfully small. And on my17 i have 2 grounds and a horn occupying the same space.I’m def down for one when they start selling it.
I'll ask Nick.Does anyone have any updated info on release date from PMAS? I think all that was said thus far was that it would be released sometime this summer.
If it’s that tight, I’m guessing that one might have to remove the fender liner to gain access for filter maintenance, etc.Me too. But, the access hole where the filter is suppose to go is awfully small. And on my17 i have 2 grounds and a horn occupying the same space.
Yeah this thread had back and forth discussions about it. Late summer is the due date. Should be worth the wait.Y’all see the new PMAS closed box air intake in development?
