I was lucky enough to grab a discount by being one of the first 5 orders for the Mustang wheel. But their pricing is well laid out on their website https://guardiandesigns.eu/

How much "fatter" does the wheel feel in your hands?

It definitely feels larger but not overly bulky, really a great size. It is optioned with increased thickness but they have options to suit most any desired size, thickness, layout, etc.

Much time or skilll needed to change the steering wheel?

Not at all, disconnect the battery, remove the air bag using the two small holes on the back side of the wheel, unplug the harnesses for the wheel controls, remove one 24mm nut and the wheel is off. Took maybe 10 minutes to remove my old one. Swapping the controls over is straight forward and took another 10 min. All said and done it was a 30 min job.
