No, it's the reality and giving credit where it's due. Kudos to ford for funding it, especially in difficult times for the company and industry, but ford didn't do it. They were smart enough to outsource it away from their own paper pushers, and found a way to sponsor the project.

Not to mention the exterior, interior and other things. Multimatic did its magic on the chassis which I do understand is a big part of what this car is. Seems like the Aero was done by Ford too.

Yes, and when they win a Super Bowl the owner is literally one of the first people to hold the Lombardi Trophy… They put the money behind the project, it literally does not happen without that commitment. These days the financial commitment is easily the biggest hurdle.

Pretty sure the Ford Performance team was heavily involved. That’s why it’s called a partnership, both were integral parts of the development. Multimatic is getting its fair share of the credit too. Just remember, this doesn’t happen unless Farley greenlights its and ponies up the dough

FWIW, I was a GM guy for 20+ years before I bought my first Mustang (which happened to be my first Ford as well) in 2020. Still have GM vehicles in my garage today. I like both brands but I really liked the Mustang over the Camaro. Otherwise I’d probably be annoying folks over on some Camaro forum right now
