If you have an iPhone, you can set up shortcuts to lock and unlock, start and stop your car, find it's location, get your oil life, find miles to empty and miles on the odometer. I use Siri for all of these commands so I never open the app or even have to touch the phone but here is a screen shot of my shortcuts.

That is pretty cool. I have an iphone and I see the shortcuts app. How is it connecting to your car and know that it is your car?

The shortcuts app on the phone. There is a thread on here somewhere and I posted how to do this. It was about a year ago, I'll try to find it.

You can set this up for your truck too. I have friends that use these shortcuts for their F-150 and I use it on the Mach-E.

I don’t quite follow what you are saying. I always have Ford Pass turned on for both my cars that use it and always use CarPlay when driving the cars.

Maybe it was just for setting it up. It told me to turn off Apple CarPlay to set up Fordpass. I can’t see FordPass in the apps unless Apple CarPlay is turned off. I must be doing something wrong.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding and you have FordPass turned on on your phone and not in the car.
