If you watch the install video for the GT350R there is no drilling involved

So they show a 2001 Cobra in the video.
Below The video it says no drilling required for the GT350. I texted the owner, so I’ll wait until he responds to confirm.

I saw that as well and I can’t tell what car is in the pics. Seems sketchy to me

So there's two ways to mount the lower bracket in a GT (that should be applicable to GT350), there's a cutout in the inner fender, shown in by the red arrows, and note the other side that area is covered by the battery cover, so that's the ONLY drill/cut, just a small hole in that plastic cover about the size of a nickel:

The MRT struts use the exposed 10mm fastener at the end of the fender/hood channel (just after the weather seal), shown in the photo with blue arrows:

The MRT use an L-bracket, where most others: Redline, etc., use a sort of "toggle bolt" like lug and fastener in that cutout in the frame (which is covered on the passenger side and requires the minor battery cover hole/trim I mentioned above).

Assuming the GT350/R has that same 10mm fastener indicated by the second photo, then they will work, and won't require any other modifications (including the battery cover ...)

When I put on the Redlines to my 2016 GT350, the only thing you drilled was the plastic battery cover. When I traded for the GT350R, I removed the struts from the car and added to the R.

No issues whatsoever with the redlines on my GT350.
