That doesn’t look like it’s in to the weave. Or is it. Regardless a good glass(fiberglass) tech can repair that with the proper materials. The paint process after is straight forward. A good paint tech could blend that.

Based on previous conversations with Spyder and your pictures should be a straightforward repair. Probably around a $900 repair bill. Recommending finding Tomsters post and buying a Pelican case to ship the rim in.
