  1. RIP HR427

The community has been so supportive - I loved waving to Shelbys although now people are going to look at me funny since I won't be driving one. That's where the car was in the garage - good luck in finding it. Dealing with comps at the moment.
  2. RIP HR427

Pali seemed to make it unscathed but all the village with few exceptions is gone.
  3. RIP HR427

I dodged roadblocks to see what I could find and there's nothing left - it melted and fell through the cement subfloor and you couldn't even see that it was a car. The R splitter was never installed and in its factory wrap waiting for the day. I bet it's a ball of plastic somewhere. Thank...
  4. RIP HR427

Nice that they can manage the Hollywood fire. Seems the firefighters were way overstretched by all this.
  5. RIP HR427

Sorry to share but HR 427 melted in the Palisades Fire. I couldn't get home in time to save her. Hope others in all the fire areas in LA are safe. Perfect condition 12k miles. I'll keep you all posted what insurance pays out. Far more valuable to me than I'm sure it will be to them.
  6. GT350R daily driveability in LA?

Yeah unmotivated and highly uncalled for but I guess not everybody on here is a decent person.
  7. GT350R daily driveability in LA?

I do not daily mine in LA but will occasionally for a weeks at a time. The only 3 issues IMO are some residential driveways (I couldn't even get it into my garage until I bought Bridgit curb gutter ramps) Driving on a dark night in an unfamiliar are could lead to an unfortunate encounter...

  9. R exhaust

I have the Ford Performance by Borla. I am pretty sure there is less restriction with the Borla that allows for better breathing 7k + which frees up more upper rpm power and the carbon driveshaft helps it get there more quickly. The driveshaft help give the car a more connected feel to the...
  10. R exhaust

Forgot to add that though the red line is 8250 power seemed done by about 7200 which was a bummer to me and the Borla changed that allowing the motor to feel like it's still building power to 8250 That exhaust and a QA1 driveshaft and the motor just snaps to 8250 - as I feel it should.
  11. R exhaust

I put the Ford Performance exhaust on my R and love it. I wanted a bit louder in “normal” and it is - probably somewhere between normal and sport with the stock R exhaust. The “loud” mode on the Borla is definitely louder and maintains the stock characteristics. I have always mostly driven...
  12. QA1 driveshaft and Ford performance M-5200-MSS exhaust

It's been a long time in deciding to make these mods so thought I'd give some impressions. I always felt that though not a torque-y motor there was a a bit of mush on initial acceleration - actually at any speed -so thought I'd spend the money and try a carbon fiber driveshaft. At the same...
  13. Bad News!!!! Bline motorsports catless

    What about high flow cats?
  14. Anythingcoyote.com

A follow up from my initial post. The day after initiating a resolution with PayPal I did receive a tracking number and yesterday actually received what I ordered. So ultimately Anything coyote did follow through - either based on my PayPal complaint or pure serendipity. Just to know they...
  15. Anythingcoyote.com

Thanks everybody. I paid through PayPal and have opened a dispute which seems very similar to what a credit card company would do. Everything about the website (look em up) seems legit yet that's not proven to be the case.
  16. Anythingcoyote.com

A Ford by Borla exhaust for a GT350 approx $1800 USD
  17. Anythingcoyote.com

Interested if anybody has ordered from them. They seemed legitimate but apparently not. since after 6 weeks of no response, no tracking number, no returned calls - no nothing - I realized I made a very costly mistake. So this is a question if anybody has had a different experience and a...
  18. Fabspeed vs B-LINE

It definitely makes a difference so the O2 sensor can get an accurate enough of a reading so to not cause the computer to trigger a CEL. All the other details I don't know.
  19. Fabspeed vs B-LINE

I suspect that the FabSpeed cats are what would be used on hight end European engines where the most most horsepower and not cost are are goal. Plus to guarantee no CEL the downstream O2 bung should be as close to the converter as possible. Stock is in the middle of the converter, FabSpeed...
