GT350 Start Button Install

Gonna try my luck on this forum about this question /project...I understand the start button on the 18-19 Mustangs(and the Bullitt) is different then previous years. It’s said to be a two-piece design as supposed to one-piece. Has anyone installed the GT350 Red start button on a 18-19 Mustang?. Please share!!

The 18-19 start button is metal and illuminated (the light pulses to the same beat as a mustang horse's heartbeat). Going to the plastic GT350 button would be a downgrade in my opinion but to each their own, good luck!

Thank You both. I purchased the GT350 start button already and really like the red but will wait and research a bit more. I'm still not sure if it will fit. If i decide not to use it I'll just sell it.

Try finding a decal that looks like the GT350. It's cheap, easy to install, and easy to remove.
I had a Go, Baby, Go sticker on mine from the 2nd Gone In 60 Seconds movie.

If I can’t confirm fitment, I’ll look into getting one of those.

Just to update..... I never got confirmation about fitment on the Bullitt (or newer S550s for that matter) so I went ahead and sold the button.

Could have just taken it out then looked. Then you could confirm for others.
