Are u going to have provisions for hood pins in the street hood? There are a lot of GT350 owners who track their cars and get concerned about hood flutter above 130mph. I know the thought crosses my mind from time to time about the hood flying up.

We're not planning on incorporating hood pin provisions into the street hoods.
If a buyer were so inclined, they could be added as wanted.

Hood flutter doesn't necessarily mean that the hood will fly up at speed. I'm confident that Ford figured out the appropriate latching mechanism to handle the anticipated loads to ensure this doesn't happen.
With regard to how we build composite hoods, we incorporate steel reinforcement plates at all of the hinge and latch locations and allow for use of stock mounting hardware. These are all trapped between the inner frame and outer skin and are bonded with a methacrylate adhesive engineered for bonding composites and dis-similar materials. i.e., steel.

Our construction on the ford bits is the same as our construction on every other hood we've done, audi, porsche, aston martin, camaro, etc. Many of which have been proven in race series such as world challenge. We've never seen one fly off or de-laminate at speed.

I can confirm the hood hinges are vastly different. Thats why Redline has a strut kit with a different bracket for the GT and GT350.

A Drake billet hood strut kit didn't fit my GT350 see pic. It wouldn't seat in the channel and bolt holes were off. The GT350 hinge is a lot narrower.

The clip for the windshield washer line is also in a different spot.

Time fora quick update,

We have a primered Carbon race only GT350 hood in stock along with a Clear Carbon Street GT350 hood currently getting trimmed and bonded, should be availabe in a few days.

We completed outer skin tooling on the Stylized GThood forthe stock body mustang a couple of weeks ago and nearing completion on the inner tool as well.

We're hoping to have the stylized version available at Christmas.

With regard to pricing,
the GT350 Clone hoods in carbon are $2150, in fiberglass $1850.

The Helion GT350 Style Hood for he stock body Mustang is $2350 in clear carbon, in fiberglass $2050.

I'm sure someone will ask, so here is the reason for difference in pricing given that both are same relative size....
There is a significant investment in the Helion GT350 Style Hood that comes from the clay modeling, surfacing and tooling development. We need to amortize this over the production run where as the Clone hood is simply a duplication of a stock part.

Any idea for the weight? I'm sure it helps a lot to save the weight especially GT350 are 53/47 weight distribution. Meaning the front end is 200lb+ more than the rear. Weight saving in the front would make it a little bit more balanced.

I'm going to generalize a little bit as I'm grouping shelby and stock body mustang together...

Stock hoods for either weigh ~30 lbs, Helion carbon hoods for either weigh ~16 lbs. Fiberglass hoods for either actually weigh more than the stock aluminium parts
