GT350 Fender Vent Inserts

Well, I made a mistake and didn't secure my fender vents. Sure enough, one 10psi pull later and I'm sure its somewhere along the highway.
Regardless, I'm looking to buy a replacement piece but can't seem to find them anywhere other than the Carbon fiber ones.
Does anyone have a part number or a source for an OEM replacement?

Been there done that, u cant get em, when i crashed, my parts guys got really up in the ford echilon, they arent available. Get em off ebay or MPR makes carbon fibre inserts

Hmm, OP's car is listed as a Mustang GT. Did you accidentally post in the GT350 section or is this on a GT350?

Lol, sorry for the confusion.
The car is a GT car with OEM GT350 fenders. I'm not blaming the part at all for the failure as it was likely my negligence during the install. I should've known it was installed improperly when I noticed the vent itself was not sitting flush against the fender and had some play in it. I was planning on remedying it with just some double sided tape, but of course before I got around to doing that, it was already too late.
