Front Fender Vent Removal Process

Does anyone know how to remove the front fender vents? My two face tape on the fender side is detaching. I simply want to remove them myself and use new 3M adhesive tape to reattach them. I know the car is under warranty however I'm afraid those clowns at the dealership will damage my car somehow. Once I get them off its smooth sailing. There is a piece on the inside that clips on to the outside vent to keep them in place. I can get to the backside but have no idea how to remove the inside piece. Please help.. I may just upgrade them to carbon fiber instead.

Best way to safely access the clips is to remove the inner fender or plastic wheel well. Easy to do with the wheel removed.
