I would say, for preventive measures... or common sense. It'll be a PDI item to be installed. It was the same for my C7 Z06 when it was shipped from the plant... no splitters or spoilers on the car in order to deter damage during transit. The parts were in the trunk.

I saw the metallic R with stripes at Laguna last Friday. What a GREAT color combo! :eyebulge:

If I was able to get an R, that would be the one. I'd check the box for the black roof too, but it looks great with just the stripes as well.

Funny - I changed mine to magnetic this morning. Black roof, no stripes. Kinda liking those though.

Can you share any information regarding production line capacity? Just curious how many of these are being produced daily/weekly. Thought I would ask since you seem to have some insider info.

at least my dealer has a sense of humor... he replied with this after I changed my colr for a second time.

Phew! After calling about 60-70 dealers in 4 different states, I found a GT350 in a small town in Nebraska at MSRP. Put my deposit down right after he told me it's his only one and it's for MSRP. Giving them my order in the morning, can't wait! Although I'm still completely split on the color I want!

Congrats on the MSRP deal! A little patience and tons of calls paid off for me as well.

Good luck on the color choice. I've already changed my color choice after I placed my order. Very tough decision! Let us know what you decide on!

Thanks man! I got a little discouraged after about call 20 but I kept going, I told myself I would not pay a cent over MSRP no matter how tempting the car is and I'm glad I held out. I had the sales guy repeat himself 3 times just to make sure we were clear on the open allocation for MSRP lol. Only had to put a 500 dollar deposit down too.

I had one dealer tell me 40k over MSRP! :eyebulge:

That's exactly how my journey unfolded. I called nearly 100 dealers, most at the time didn't know about the car, which was very discouraging. But ultimately persistence paid off! I also got my MSRP deal from a dealer that only had 1 allocation.

The highest ADM I was quoted was $30k. I also had a dealer tell me they were only making 137...period, ever. Hahahaha.

These are the photos that ultimately made me change my order from CO to DIB. Only difference is that I opted for the black roof. What a sexy car and color combo!
