Hello!
I have a 2018 gt350 with 20k mi
So I got a charging system service now error, battery won’t charge, so I replaced it. Then the voltage won’t go above 14 v and drop to 13 when throttle hard. So I replaced alternator
After reset bms, voltage is constant between 13.9 and 14.1 but I still got two codes p065b p0626
Error will go away when throttle hard
Help needed… thanks

The car uses a smart charging system in which the charge voltage is digitally controlled vs the older style of having a fixed voltage regulator on the alternator. So at full throttle the car will often drop the charge so the alternator isn't creating drag on the engine, and if the car sees the battery is full it also won't raise the voltage. As for the codes I'd recommend you take it to an experienced Ford dealer. They can read the logic outputs on the smart charging system to see what signals are being sent to and from the battery control module. Ford has service documentation for reading the digital outputs which can sometimes be tricky to diagnose from codes alone. It will avoid you throwing parts at the car.
