GT Strut Tower Brace

The Strut Tower brace is a good start. But you should consider doing this https://www.mustang6g.com/forums/th...extension-lower-k-brace-install-guide.100800/. Ford added these parts to the GT PP cars to improve handling. I have done this upgrade and there is a noticeable improvement in steering response.

If I get the brace removed from a new car will I also need additional bolts, or are they already on my existing Mustang?

I did mine over a year ago so it's hard to remember but I believe you will need two additional bolts. The non-pp car has two and you need four in total.

Thanks so much. The Mustang I’m about to go pick up is a convertible. After reviewing a separate comment and then trying to verify looking at you tube vehicles I think all convertibles already come with a K brace, in which case I think I will be set with all 4 bolts and not need a K brace.
