does anyone know if you can change the brake calipers color on the GT350R from the standard color of Black to Red ???? If yes, can you share on how? is there a special order number for the change
Red is the standard brake caliper color for the R. No options for caliper color changes on the R or GT350 as far as I know.

With a factory 15.5" front brake set up, you're going to have to use 19" wheels. There isn't a big selection for 18" wheels that'll even fit 15" brakes. The GT350R-C uses the 15" brakes likely for that reason and also because race calipers are generally able to handle heat better ( I.e. No piston dust boots) and they need to use a 4-piston, since 6-Pistons aren't allowed.

The street car doesn't come with stainless braided lines, from what I've seen and know. Those lines, fluid and maybe a front pad change (feeling and performance preference) would be all the street car would need for track days or time trials. Probably even club racing. For autocross... Stainless lines maybe - that's about it.
The GT350R-C's use a 380mm 4 Piston setup due to the rules just like the Camaro Z28R's have to remove their Ceramic brakes.

I will upgrade the fluid and run Pagid RS29's like I have in my BMW M3's & M4.I did a Stoptech ST60 /40 380/355 MM setup on my E92 M3 and it was bullitproof for aggressive braking at places like WGI & Calabogie.

If I can find someone to do a quality job, I would like to have my calipers painted. As mine will be a daily driver, I'm not really worried that braking won't be up to my needs.

I track a coyote and run Hawk HPS race pads, Brembo fluid, Goodridge ss lines and LS ducts.

With my GT350, I plan on running all stock. Depending on specs, may mod in this order: fluid, pads, lines. I attended GT350 Track Tour, engineers were pretty confident this car run straight out of the box. Engineers' recommendations for track in this order: tires, safety harness and use track specs that Ford will be providing. Tires was sighted as the biggest difference between R and track pk.

I agree with all and especially about the tires... definitely a major difference. I run Cup 2's now on my Z and while the Pilot Super Sport was pretty good, the C2's are just another performance level better. The grip at high speed through bends is amazing. I also plan to get a set of Cup2's and maybe mounted on Forgestar CF5's for the Shelby.

I run Forgestars 18s now. Dropped probably about 10-15lbs per corner (depending on tire). I've read some bad reviews on Forgestar but they worked fine. I bent two wheels on the track but my shop told me thats common even with BBSs.

One last point on fluids, Be crazy to run stock fluid on the track esp hot tracks where temps get near/over 100. Fluid is a safety issue…not really optional imo.

100% correct. Even for a novice the first mod should be replacing the stock brake fluid with hitemp racing brake fluid.

Likely not a huge difference, but does the GTPP have floating rotors?

I did the googling...the GT350 calipers look beefier (not as much material removal around the pistons and a larger pad surface) and the GTPP does not have the floating rotors.
The GT350 caliper has a cast-in bridge as part of the monobloc caliper. The GTPP brakes don't have this feature and will not be as stiff a caliper.

It would be nice to make some real brake cooling ducts from the air duct (GT350 specific) in the inner fender . Something that directed air to the proper, center eye of the rotor.
