  1. So Long, farewell, thanks for all the fish...

Mine was well optioned and a chunk over 70k. As per not as much fun, have you driven one? I know that at least one of us has driven them both and while different, pretty damn fun. In the next month or so, the wife and I will cruise up PCH, enjoy some great views, cool air and great food at...
  2. So Long, farewell, thanks for all the fish...

: This reminds me of the: Mustang drivers have mullets and Billy Squire t-shirts stuff I used to see on other boards. AS an aside, Ray Bans, like mustangs are a classic and I haven't worn Drakar since I was banging your (fill in close female relative here.)
  3. So Long, farewell, thanks for all the fish...

NOT AT ALL. I factually nearly never used all 526 ponies. I absolutely have no need for the 760 of the GT500. I do appreciate that if I want to my new ride scoots well. These things can peacefully co-exist.
  4. So Long, farewell, thanks for all the fish...

I don't doubt that a little bit. Lucy was #9, so another would surprise NO ONE!
  5. So Long, farewell, thanks for all the fish...

Well guys, I traded in Lucy (Lucifer) my Red 2016 GT350 after 6 1/2 years and 48k miles. While I considered the GT500, I came to the conclusion that I seldom if ever use 526 HP, there is no chance that I would need 760.... Now parked in the garage is a 2022 BMW Z4 M40i... 0-100 9.1 sec and...
  6. Exhaust Opening Issues

THANKS GUYS! Any additional intel would be appreciated!
  7. Exhaust Opening Issues

Since my car was new, I have had frequent but inconsistent issues with the exhaust opening and subsequently an inability to change modes. I've had it at the shop a few times and they can never replicate this hit and miss issue. Have others had this problem and what is the popular opinion on...
  8. GuardianDesigns Custom Steering Wheel Review

I like this very much. I really like the black painted spokes. If I wanted something like this, but with a red top stripe and red stitching, what would be my cost and turn around time????
  9. Bakersfield Ca. GT500 & GT350’s

I have a GT350 I picked up Nov of 2015. My business is also on white lane. If you set something up, let me know.
  10. INTERMITTENT shut down!

It's a 2016 gt350 with the "tech package" The power steering just failed, but didn't fully lock. I have been driving it with my volts showing on my dash and have noticed that from time to time, it dips down to 12 or below. That's when the failure happened. Oddly, it's been working...
  11. INTERMITTENT shut down!

Good to hear, if anyone knows anything more about this, let me know.
  12. INTERMITTENT shut down!

Recently while stopped with the car running I have had my gauge and stereo shut down, which I address by restarting my car. However, yesterday I was moving when it happened and my steering locked up. DAYMN! I have called my local dealership and they can't get me in for 3 weeks! Has...
  13. Exhaust valve very inconsistant

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll do some research. You would think that my dealership would know this.
  14. Exhaust valve very inconsistant

My diving modes have been pretty inconsistent in operation. The problem is clearly centered in operation of the exhaust valve. It's never been a huge problem, but it's become more and more unreliable, so I took it in my my local Ford Dealership. I like the men and women at this...
  15. New Brakes $3k... is there a better way

As JT1 advised, I received my parts from Autonation white bear lake, GREAT PRICES. My buddies shop undercut ford by a couple of hundred on labor and I'm out the door just under 2k. I opted to replace everything, for me the piece of mind is worth the $$$. Thanks for all of the input...
  16. Daily drivers: highest mileage gt350

I picked mine up Nov of 2015 and it now has just under 36k miles. Still makes me smile, pretty much every day.
  17. GT350 Catback exhaust options?

Nope this is all that they gave me. Mine was #1 and they did this for marketing. I also sometimes miss the raspiness of the stock exhaust. Knowing what I know now, I think I'd just leave it stock.
  18. New Brakes $3k... is there a better way

Yes sir! There are also several parts which are designated single use. I know that's often a scam to make a few bucks, but I'm not going to cut corners. I want to have confidence that the car is properly sorted out. Thanks again to everyone for the assists.
