And why no TOGGLES?Interesting no large MFT display? I suppose weight savings?
I noticed it has the 2010-2014 Map Light Stack.
WAY TOO MANY BUTTONS ON THE STEERING WHEEL FOR ME!

I want the wheel as well. I bet it would be an easy swap but that is me guessing and zero firsthand knowledge.
I want that oil temp gauge as well. Replace the vacuum one.
Close to $500 given the fact that prior steering wheels like the Boss 302 and Bullitts were $300-$400.Anybody care to estimate what the GT350 steering wheel would cost?
It looks like it's missing. Every time I'm at the NY Auto Show there's cars with stuff missing...Is the driver's side door lock button missing? Not trying to be negative, just an observation.
Beautiful automobile.
Front end on the shelby is superb. Not a fan of the color. The Silver one is by far and away the best.
Way cool shifter, steering wheel and the oil temp gauge is a much welcomed modification. I know shelby's traditionally come with back seats but I wouldn't allow anybody to sit back there. Still love the boss with the X support. Saves weight and helps the car to boot. Lol(?) at the overhead light. Seriously?! You have got to be kidding me on that one...
I agree, if I can get a GT350 I'm taking out the back seats.
As for "Still love the boss with the X support. Saves weight and helps the car to boot. " from what I remember the x brace actually ADDED 100 lbs. helped with rigidity and support and looked good but it's not part of this car cause it adds weight not subtracts.
Have no fear my friend, some after market company will make a hood that looks close to the GT350 and you will soon be in business. And for less that 1K dollars (trust me):cheers:Gonna be a long line for that steering wheel, which looks to be about perfect.
I look at the front facia and see what the GT could have been without worrying about European crash requirements, and it really makes me sad. The GT350 is SO much more graceful than the GT, and I have to think it would cost $5k to $10K to swap out all the parts (from facia to fenders and much more) necessary to change the look. Not going to happen for me.
Yeah there's a guy who removed the back seat, and all related items out of his s197 and it weighed approximately 45 pounds. The brace and all the related items he put in was like 15 pounds...The actual brace itself from the Boss LS weighs about 5 lbs.
