I’m not arguing against the figures.
I’m arguing against the argument, which completely ignores that communications towers kill birds at nearly five time the rate. Or cars, at nearly 60 times the rate.
If you were genuinely worried about birds dying, you’d be taking issue with these things.

Basically, it’s dumb media, designed to outrage dumb people and it totally ignores how many birds are killed by the thing that the wind turbines are trying to prevent.

Out of interest, have any of you guys backed a plan to eradicate cats?
I didn’t think so.

Burkey, you missed the point. It the difference in the way things are looked at and enforced. This is a real case.

A bald eagle flew into an open oil container and died. The owner of the oil container (big oil company) was fined millions of dollars. Bald eagles are killed by windmills and no fines are levied, same with solar panels, which many birds believe to be water.

I take a page out of a famous entertainer and illustrate the absurd by being absurd.

No trolling here.

Truth. The three that terrorize my home are smarter than most humans.

‘Britain’s transition to net zero is destined to make us all poorer’ (msn.com)

“For example, if we want to get all 31.5 million British cars electric by 2050, it will require the UK to purchase the equivalent of the entire world’s supply of cobalt for two whole years, not to mention six months’ worth of copper. And that is before we factor in the years’ worth of worldwide copper output to build the additional six thousand turbines that will be needed to power them.”

Not to mention 6 feet of snow in Socal. Too bad they don't have the reservoirs built to capture the melt off.

Reality is finally punching these loons in the nose.

California is waterless by choice, much like the magnitude of wildfires is by choice. They don’t want to build dams to capture the water, so majority (like 80%) of fresh water runs off into the oceans, so the people in that state will suffer and since they don’t dreg the forests floors the fires become bigger and more intense by the fuel that canvases the forest floors. Oh well let them enjoy it because it seems they like it like that.

Except they are talking about diverting water from the Mississippi river to cover the water shortage. They are already taking most of the Colorado's water.
