Gen 3 coyote and Hellion twin 62 + cortex ebc

Hey guys just wandering if anyone could break down the cortex boost controller for me and also explain spool rate and a baseline setting for that to build from. I know boost leash is the go to but this car already had cortex in it.
Also what would a gen 3 coyote with the twin62s make at 10,14, and 20 psi? I’ve searched and searched but can’t find a clear answer

Power wise it Depends on Fuel type. on 93 I think 10lbs is like 700 to 750 something like that. You can expect 25Hp ish per 1 PSI of boost.
