I picked up a set of ARH headers and a new pair of ford exhaust manifold gaskets. The gaskets don’t line up with the ARH header flange.
I don’t want to use the gasket that came with the headers. Prefer to use OEM.

anyone have this issue?

I've used Kooks replacements. Can also call ARH and have them ship you new ones

ARH offers the ford OEM gasket To fit their flange?

my gt350 gaskets don’t match the arh flange

That's because ARH, Kooks, etc. use the 5.0 configuration. They're really just 5.0 gaskets

so if i get new 5.0 ford gaskets, they will fit?
I am assuming I have to move some of the header studs for the flange difference.

Looks like the gt has two different parts. I am guessing when it says converter it is referencing toque converter for automatic?

FR3Z-9448-A
Mnfd W/Converter Gasket, Left
F150. 5.0l. Without converter. Mustang. 5.0l.

GR3Z-9448-D
Mustang. 5.0l. With converter.

I am realizing that I think ARH basically sells a GT header marketed as a GT350 header and increasing the price because of the GT350 name.

they could at least change the flange design if they plan to charge more.

unless I am missing other changes in the 1 7/8” GT350 header vs the 1 7/8” GT header other than price.
