I didn't do a full wrap. Full hood, facia, bikini on fenders, rockers, headlights and the thresholds.

Same as I did with my Laguna, and Ford GT. More than enough coverage.

My F150 too!

They ranged from 1500 to 2500.

How noticeable are these wraps? I have a clear paint protector on my subaru that came on it from the factory. It's on the fenders around the wheels and dirt gets trapped along the edges of it. Looks like shit lol.

I won't do a full wrap either. Here are some prices that were quoted to me earlier in the year for XPEL.

If you are looking for recommendations, here they come:
Full hood, full fenders, bumper – $1350
Headlights – $95
Rocker panels (I know, some of the black trim on the bottom will be protecting it, but.. they will chip) and lower doors – $300
Rear quarter up to the upper line going all the way back to the trunk/deck lid area – $400
Behind rear wheels – no charge if you do all above (otherwise $125)
Pillars to the top of the windshield – no charge if you do all above (otherwise $125)

Those are my recommendations, and that is how we will do most of them or more coverage.

That would be $2,145 if I do what he recommends and then if I add a window tint to rear and side windows add another $250.

I got Xpel installed yesterday. I got the painted surfaces in the front end and up the hood slightly past the vent opening. Also, the headlights, A pillars, rear view mirrors and the leading edge of the roof. Looks good and it's a little peace of mind - there's a lot of debris on the roads this time of year.
Same here. Also the top/central part of the bumper (called "luggage" protection). And door cups, rear/lower edges of doors. Even a strip at the lower/central part of the black trunk deck which is where I close my trunk.

You could do these easier pieces yourself. Just spray with 9:1 ratio of water:alcohol.

And yes, Xpel will sell you computer-cut pieces directly. Just check out their factory website. I personally wouldn't attempt the complicated shapes myself, though.

My detail person in Hillsborough did my car, and another car from Morristown.

Full trust ....

call me at 908 239 7967 if you need a reference.
You'll definitely be hearing from me. My hood and bumper are chipped to shit already so I'll be painting them in the spring and doing it immediately

If you have a reputable shop do it, you shouldn't notice it unless you look closely for it. For anyone else, they shouldn't even know it's there unless you tell them and how to find it. It's common for factory/dealer installed clear bra's to be crap. Plenty of pics on forums, or your local installers yelp page if you want to see quality clear bra installs.

I ended up getting the car fully wrapped with Suntek. My installer use to swear by Xpel and now he swears by Suntek. Anyway, the car looks great. I could post pics but you wouldn't be able to tell it was wrapped without some very close up pictures of the edges but even then, many of the edges are wrapped like on the hood so you don't even see an edge.

It was expensive but I think it is worth it for piece of mind especially since I plan to track the car. I covered the stripes as well so I don't have to worry about them get scratched, etc.

Here are some photos of my car. It's pretty filthy in these photos. You can see the edges of the film at times just like you are saying because the edge of the film creates a lip where some dirt sticks. It's worth it to me to reduce rock chips on the front of the car.
