Did you do a super fast reset at the 1 second mark also, or was that a flash without you doing anything? So the fuel sensor or something is off, and I was able to capture it today (safely).
In my Ecoboost the low fuel light come on consistently between 35 and 38 miles to empty and takes a little over 14 gallons to fill at that point. On the Ecoboost, it's usually around 25 miles "left" (not including the other 2 gallons), and on the GT it's normally 50 miles "left" (1/4 like GT Pony said).
You mean really out, like the car won't run? That's not good. Sounds like the gauge is about right, and the MTE is typical, heading for 0 with about 15 gallons of space in the tank. Something must be wrong with the fuel pickup.I'm out of fuel with 1/8 tank and 30 miles to E. When I fill it up it only takes 13.7 gallons. Dealer changed the fuel level sensors, checked the fuel balance tubes and it still does it. I get no fuel low warning.
