FPRS GT350R Endurance Build

Just got these sent over today. Been having a really good time working with the Ford Performance Racing School. They received the first 3 sets of Signature Wheel SV502 Track Spec for the incoming FP350S. They liked them enough that they ordered two more sets for their GT350R. That FP350S car has smaller AP Racing brakes so they ordered 18” wheels. The 18” wheel was test fit on the R but didn’t clear the OEM GT350R brakes. So we are building them some R spec wheels now

This car will compete in a 25 hour Endurance race and a few others. It will feature the FP350S headers and exhaust along with all you see below. Maybe you track guys can spot everything. I will continually update info about this car and the FP350S in the Signature Wheel thread.

Very cool - looks like they started with a base model '15 or '16 R... I'm guessing '16 due to how rare the '15s are.

Not sure. I will be down in Utah at the Raptor Assault next week and will get some more details, and possibly photos.

Very excited about them working with us as well. They are getting one FP350S and if memory serves they will start to replace the Boss FPS cars they have. I would expect to see it next year at the 24 hour race at Thunder Hill and some other events.

The FP350s and GT4 do not use a flat plane crank. The GT4 uses a 5.0 intake and closed air cleaner box.

Both the FP350s and GT4 make less hp than a stock gt350.

My understanding is this car was a pre-production car not able to be registered for road use. Lived it’s life in the paddock and on the track. Now getting prepped for some real work
