Don't want to see the GOAT retire over this. But I can't say I'd blame him if he chooses to. Love him or hate him, he handled this entire situation better than any else would have. Remember how Max handled controversial calls?

Lmao, what a crock of shxt. Hamilton is a great driver, but many and arguably most see right through the coached facade. He is the least genuine driver on the grid in F1. It’s unfortunate in a lot of ways. The Hamilton as a victim narrative is getting old.

Hello; sounds like sore losers to me.
Did you not see Lewis after the race and the things he said. He was as professional as they come. They are not sore losers. They are sending a clear message to the FIA that Masi screwed up big time and the stewards than condoned the screwup. The fact that the FIA is going to now investigate backs that contention up.

Hello; No I did not watch the after-race interviews. My comment is about not attending the post season awards whatever which I also will not watch.
Both, who will not attend are multi-millionaires from the sport they are figuratively slapping in the face. I hear enough of the whining from Lewis during a race. If he quits I will not miss him.

Waaaaay to nonconfrontational for the internet.

Suggest you edit to add "now that we have someone better"

Hello; had to read it a couple of times to catch the import of "nonconfrontational". Good post. I suspect the "now that we have someone better" could be added to the end of my post.

I contend there are a number of drivers who can be successful with the MB. Seen it too many times when a top wining driver moves to a new team and no longer is wining. Same the other way when a mid-pack driver moves to a new team and becomes the "golden boy".

Verstappen’s title-winning last-lap pass on Hamilton was “very painful” due to cramp
Horner hoping Max doesn't quit F1 over this.

George Russell is going to kick some ass next year, I agree. Not on Hamilton's level yet though.
Hello; every winning driver is displaced at some point. Am I correct in thinking Russell is going to MB? If so, we shall perhaps see what the car does for a driver.

I expect a large enough (or as close as rules allow) fine to sting anyone who broke that rule. Wolff apologized for his behavior at the end of the race, but Lewis or anyone skipping the awards is a premeditated act. Huge mistake to let it slide UNLESS they first eliminate the rule and then let it slide because it had been determined to be a stupid rule.

So now the FIA wants to follow the rules. They are a joke.
I may be mistaken, but thought you were in favor of following rules? I know two wrongs don't make a right but can never remember what is the number of wrongs that make a right?
