Fore System Prime?

I put in a fore L2 system, and I have two issues going on

The car fired up, but died immediately after. I noticed the belt tried to jump off on my ESS, I put on a 95mm griptec so I will have to verify the offset to my 125mm that worked fine, likely just a pulley issue there.

my other issue I’m not sure if im getting fuel, I know it fired but it could be firing off its own compression? My question is when I hit the start button to turn on accessory mode it doesn’t prime, shouldn’t it? The factory setup primed when opening the door, I have my trigger wire wired up to the yellow and grey wire off the fpdm.

also attached my wiring for the controller.

I installed my fore system about 2 weeks ago so it's still fresh in my head lol. I tapped into the yellow grey wire coming of the factory fuel pump hat connector, not the FPDM.

Also my pumps prime when the driver door is opened. Don't think they prime when the ignition is turned on

I used the yellow grey one shown below. Am I just using the wrong name for it? Or you used something else for the remote wire? I tested it today and this wire is not giving me power for some reason.

Same color wire, but from the connector that is to the left of this one in your pic. The connector you disconnected to get the factory fuel pump out
