Fore Fuel System and Differences between Gen 2/Gen 3

I have a Fore L1E Fuel System on the way, should be here today... My question is how much different is installing a Fore Fuel system on a Gen 3 car vs a Gen 2 car (IF ANY), if anyone knows or has done it on both?.. reason I am asking is because there seems to be quite a few videos of installs on Gen 2 cars but not Gen 3 and I have not done a fuel system before but I think I am fairly capable as I've done everything else on the car... so I am just curious since I will probably have to hit up the videos for some help... thanks.

I think the only difference is the connection to the DI pump. I watched a gen2 video as well. The fitting is obvious, what wasn't is it is a bit loose when connected.

Its fairly straight forward. It is tedius and time consuming. I did not route mine the same as they show as it pertains to the fuel rails to make it look cleaner. I also used a few different fittings to run it they way I wanted.

It is basically pump to filter, filter to HP pump, HP pump to fuel line, from the other end of that line to the next fuel rail, out of the fuel rail to the regulator, from regulator back to the tank.

There is another thread on here about it. I put up some pictures of how I routed mine, you can route the lines how you prefer.

Hey Guys,
Getting ready to install my Fore 1E system onto my 2019 mustang soon and wanted to see if you came across any differences from the Gen 2 mustangs? My buddy that's helping me did his on his gen 2, but with the DI and extra injectors I wasn't sure how different this install would be. Any help is much appreciated!

it’ll be pretty similar other than you have the portion that goes to the direct Injection as well

The block that fits on the DI wobbles a bit, by design. I was concerned and Fore said that is normal.
