On Ford.com under 2019 Mustang Bullitt Specs under Entertainment Systems it shows FordPass with an icon you can click that shows a person using FordPass and it says you can lock and unlock etc. That is the specs I was referring to.
https://www.ford.com/cars/mustang/2019/models/bullitt/
If you go looking on that website you'll find the standard "We don't stand by this" language. The order guide would be what controls, unless you have an invoice showing they told you that you had it. You might also have an argument if it was on the window sticker delivered with the car. Failing that, there's not much you can do.

From the Bullitt "Build and Price" page on ford.com:

Your Ford dealer is the best source of the most up-to-date information on Ford vehicles.

From the ford.com terms and conditions page:

The order guide you posted didn't show the standard equipment under Entertainment Systems. Like :
Entertainment Systems
Standard
  • 9-speaker sound system with amplifier
  • SiriusXM® Radio
  • SYNC® 3
  • FordPass™
  • Two smart-charging USB ports
Optional
  • B&O™ Premium Audio System with 12 speakers including CD player, HD Radio™ , and subwoofer in trunk.
  • Voice-Activated Navigation System with pinch-to-zoom capability
What does the order guide say about this standard equipment ?

Note that the top of the Bullitt equipment list says "ALL GT PREMIUM CONTENT PLUS:"
BSE.webp

That refers you back to the GT Premium standard content, which lists the items you mention as shown below. Also note that the cut you have says "FordPass" (works off Bluetooth when your phone is in the car), not "FordPass Connect" (works via 4G modem).

Zooks, you have convinced me FordPass Connect was not included on the 2019 Ford Bullitt. Even on Ford.com the standard equipment on the 2020 model has a separate line for FordPass Connect. Having said that, Ford.com said it was and it is widely believed by dealers that it is included on the 2019 model. This STINKS. If you click on the FordPass icon on Ford.com under standard equipment for the 2019 Bullitt it says you can lock and unlock and do all the other stuff and it even shows some fool doing it.

I don't disagree that it was something people would expect if they didn't do some digging. Now, granted, I have it on my GT, the utility is kind of trivial, and I don't know if it works without the $15/month AT&T fee.

Still, a lot of people were led to think it was there by a fair piece of the marketing, and that does stink.

What Zooks527 posted is all Ford’s legal mumbo-jumbo - and that is what a Court will see in any suit brought forth - and Ford wins.

You can keep contacting the Attorney Generals in every State, you can post the threads everywhere... facts are facts and the above is what protects Ford from ANY production run changes OR errors typed up in their advertising literature.

It doesn’t matter what the pre-2019 or final 2019 sales literature has, what the Order forms show or what can be found in the online Bullitt vs GT data - that legal mumbo-jumbo applies OVER how the car was built and what was included or what was not.

Bullitts aren’t an exemption “just because it’s a Ford limited production and it should have what was advertised”...

The same fiasco happened when Ford had advertised that Apple Car Play and Android Auto would be incorporated into all 2016 S550’s.... and NO 2016 S550s were equipped with the proper USB port and associated programming (there’s a bunch of those threads on here too).

There’s nothing to be done because Ford is protected by the verbiage as Zooks527 posted.

Want the missing parts in your Bullitt? Trade the 2019 for a 2020. Or grab all of the components from a wrecked 2020 GT (or another Ford) and figure a way of incorporating them into a 2019.

The 2016 S550 owners who wanted the Apple Car Play/Android Auto bought the parts and did a DIY on here to resolve their needs.

Here’s a question - did any one of you complaining NOW about the lack of components and functionality in a 2019 check to see IF such a system existed and was working in the 2019 Bullitt before you signed that contract to purchase the vehicle? I mean after all, seems like some knew it was in the Ford literature which was possibly a deciding factor (for some) to buy the car.

Comes back to “read the fine print” - which is what Zooks527 has posted.

What happened to me and others is the salesman said it had the FordPass Connect and Ford.com said it had it so it didn't seem like there was any further research needed. I don't really care that much and people trying to get something are SOL.

Been in contact with the dispute resolutions dept after 4 letters and replies to Ford and the Michigan Attorney General. The dispute resolutions dept called me as there is no way otherwise to connect with them. I presume it was in reply to my last letter to the attorney general where Ford was asking the same questions of me, the reply from Ford to them we will find some kind of resolution. I took my Bullitt in and dealer confirmed no Modem, no bracket and no harness. As per Ford there is no way to install one after assembly. Originally when speaking it was confirmed as it was supposed to be standard and is labeled as a missbuild. Upon speaking I am the only one who has complained and considering about 8000 were built that is sad. I believe they plan to offer something as I was asked do I have an extended warranty said yes and it was looked up. So the person Inam working with is gonna speak to the techs and supervisor and will get back to me. Will update after some sort of resolution. Really was hoping to get the FordPass Connect installed but seems like an impossibility.

Ok, So When I picked my car up, there was another Bullitt parked in the lot. It had a wifi sticker on the window. But mine didn't. I did wonder why? But I wasn't sure if it was an option or standard equipment. I am going to try and read my window sticker. Whomever removed it, tore it all up.

That could be a 2020 model, they have Ford Pass Connect which has WiFi.

All I can say is I am glad I did not give up. Also it is impossible to install the FordPass Contact modem since none of 2019 have the harness.

Bought my 2019 leftover yesterday (K7979), and the salesman hell bent on that it had WiFi. Ha ha. It showed the symbol on Sync when booting up, but disappeared. Like it detects something, but obviously something is missing. The Wi-Fi symbol that my 2018 F-150 had was nowhere to be found on settings. So he finally gave up. He also wanted me to register to the Ford App, and I told him it didn't have it either, since I'm not going to do that. Ha ha. I never renewed any of that crap, so it doesn't bother me that it's not there.

Yours must have been a few days behind mine on the assembly line, mine is K7834, yours must have been one of the last 2019's.
