Yeah this is reaching. It's the best of this very specific thing. Like GM's new Z06 they had to say most powerful NA V8 in a production car. Oh of course there are other NA motors that are more powerful and came in production cars and you may be able to buy one of those cars right now, but those engines aren't V8s. I wish they would just say it's good without trying to say it's the best when it obviously isn't the best. If it were the best, you wouldn't need all the wiggle words.

Biggest question for me is when and in what we will see that lovely 5.4l N/A engine.

Strange. They don't mention the free Affliction shirt and Oakley sunglasses that will be included with every "Dark Horse" purchase.

Still King Daddy for Ford NA V8 engines.

I think the Ford GAA might of been the king daddy, lol.

The Ford GAA engine is an American all-aluminum 32-valve DOHC 60-degree liquid-cooled V8 internal combustion engine with a flat plane crankshaft designed and produced by the Ford Motor Company before and during World War II. It features twin Stromberg NA-Y5-G carburetors,[2] dual magnetos and twin spark plugs making up a full dual ignition system,[2] and crossflow induction.[3] It displaces 1,100 cu in (18 l) and puts out well over 1,000 pound-feet (1,400 N⋅m) of torque from idle to 2,200 rpm. The factory-rated gross output was 500 hp (370 kW) at 2,600 rpm.

Mustang would still weigh less than a Challenger :)

The article head line is correct, your post, not so much. Guys calling cars her, now your referencing an engine as Daddy. :stop:
I knew a guy who drove a bigass lifted brodozer and always called it "her"... I never understood why he had two balls hanging from the hitch though...

Seems fairly obvious. Voodoo isn’t a coyote nor a 5.0l nor a non Shelby.
