Upgraded from stock V6 lower control arms to the Ford Performance LCAs (I believe are the same as Performance Pack). Along with the Track Handling Pack, finished everything and was doing a few drives around and letting everything settle. One concern I have is around some clunking noises coming from the new suspension... Anything abnormal to look for? Torqued everything to spec as advised by the install guides and manual. Only difference was probably the Eibach Camber Bolts I also threw on. Waiting a few weeks of settling before alignment...

Have read that sometimes the springs hit, I believe there are some coil covers you can try. Do you have an idea of if its coming from the front or the back? I had a clunking from the front, which a lot of people have issues with the sway bar end links not being tight enough. Mine was due to the camber plates spherical bearings.

I'm assuming driver's front. Don't know if any other corner... Maybe I'll take off the wheel and try to retorque everything tomorrow...

Pay special attention to the endlink. You may need a wrench on the back side to get it tight. If uou just torque the one bolt the rod actually spins.

Endlinks are a common source for clunk noises.

I was gonna check this again, good call. I replaced my stock Ford ones with Moog ones, which are much beefier. Might have forgotten to torque a tad more as I've also been working on so many things in parallel.

Found my issue! Due to FP Track Handling Pack inventory and drop ship issues, I pieced together a set on my own. The official complete set has pre-assembled front strut and shocks. I assembled my own from the smaller kits, and needed a better torque wrench that did both directions. Along with a strut service tool kit I bought on Amazon, torqued the center spinny bolt to 76lb/ft and no more clunking when going over rough terrain!

I suppose the ol' German guden tight wasn't good enough.
