Love these last two paragraph……….

In fact, the seasoned Mozilla team said “cars are the worst product category we have ever reviewed for privacy” after finding that all 25 car brands they researched earned the “Privacy Not Included” warning label.

Since that doesn’t give us much of a choice to go for a brand that respects our privacy, I suggest we turn off our phones before we start the car. It’s both safer and better for your privacy.
At this point in time I'm sure that anyone could find out anything they want about me with the right resources.
Hell, we already get free credit monitoring from at least 3 different sources because of data breaches. For whatever that's worth...
I'd be willing to bet most people are in the same position.

can they think of any other useless feature to make you use the app so they can profit from your data?
