I think he said he could tell there was noticeable loss of torque below 2000 rpm.

I should've worded it better. This is going down the freeway at light tip in. Around town rowing gears don't even notice it. If I had to do it again I wouldn't change a thing.

If it was a pd blower you would never even notice.

No not on this engine. I do have a sleeved block, ported heads, and so forth setting in the corner of the garage. I'm kinda second guessing not putting it in.
