I just looked at the head again online here:

https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6049-20EBIP

It says to contact the Ford Performance tech line for directions on how to put it onto the Mustang Ecoboost block. Not trying to tell you how to do your job, but maybe you should contact them and get those instructions? Just sayin', and for the record, have a ton of respect for you in this forum, Adam...
As I mentioned the instructions they provide are no 100% accurate for use on the Ecoboost Mustang block. There is more than just drilling a hole.

Would that turbo ever be available for the mustang you think?
You can try to make it work but they are never going to offer it as an upgrade.

In all honesty I would just wait.... Some after market company will eventually make a wicked head for our cars. Give it some time and the market will continue to grow :)
Yea, I could only hope that future company is AFR or Edelbrock... But they're more into 5.0 (V8) heads over 4poppers.

It's a lot more likely an import shop releases one before a big American aftermarket company does. The vast majority of the engine and turbo goodies we have now are from Shops hat traditionally only built imports as it is.
