I have 4 post lift and basically the under of my splitter is like a gravel road. Literally. Peeling off. From getting on/off of my 4 post lift's high ramps. You cannot see it unless you literally lean under the car. The splitter is made from very thick plastic unlike many other cars that have undercarriage made from thick foam that would rupture/crack under the same conditions. You are worrying about nothing.

1) The dealer should make you my whole. That might mean a new splitter, it might mean free oil changes for 5 years. Come up with your ask, and ask for it.

2) Everybody else... I don't know how anybody can drive this car without scraping the bottom of the splitter. Like brake oil and brake pads and tires it's a consumable. Expect it to be replaced eventually.

Dealership ordered it before I left. It should be here Wednesday.
I can drive without scraping. It seems like some are proud of how fucked up thier cars are already. Like they don't give a damn. To each their own I guess.

You'll scrape it eventually. It's unavoidable. People who care about their cars probably do their own oil changes. Wait until you see the job they do installing your new splitter. :ford:

I think anyone who lets the dealer change their oil is mentally deficient. Like they don't give a damn. To each their own I guess.

Like others have said I would see if you can get them to just give you the new splitter so you have a replacement when you actually have real damage. Your perfectionism will drive you crazy. A little fine sandpaper and you could have those two scuffs look great again. No way I would let a dealer remove and replace for those minor scuffs, risk more damage bringing it back.

Yeah, this may be the best route.
