Finally..... an apology

Welp I just got my Apology as well, just came in the mail today, also for $250. I think its across the board amount, I wonder what triggered it as my car has not been in the shop that often. A total of 3 times, 2 for recalls and once for body work.

A survey will follow. I let them have it and then asked for a GT allocation, lol.

I got the survey yesterday and in the survey it said something about providing a token of appreciation, which made me do a double take not knowing what this token was, until today when the envelope arrived.

I found it strange that they sent the survey invite to me at an email address that I have only used to communicate with some of the higher ups at Ford. I don't think I ever gave the regular folk at Ford that email address.

Well unless you purchased something with that email address or signed up for something, or when you purchased the shelby or even if you financed the car and used the email address, they found you
