Finally..... an apology

so I get home from my trip to find my long overdue apology from Ford. It included a $250 prepaid Mastercard.

Good for you Tom, I doubt I'll get anything like this, but I have a laundry list of things that need to be addressed but I held off until this fall as if I didnt each time if I brought it in I would have had about a month of driving time in total, this way late fall they can take do what they need to without me losing driving time since it will go right in the garage after they are done for hibernation.

I think the driving force that triggers these cards is how many times you have had to have your car in at the dealership. If none, I suspect you will get no card.

Looks like owners of all models are getting them. Personally Tom I think you should have gotten at least $500.

This is more about the global issues, and recalls than it is about one's single experience. It has been talked about recently. I am not sure who will or won't get one, but its a global branch they are extending.
