The filter supplements have only been going out for the last 2-3 months so there is no way you would have gotten one when you bought your car. If your owners supplement took that long than your dealer likely screwed up. Most get the supplement after 3-4 months from purchase. Mine took 3 months.

Got my '16 in January of '16. Filter supplement came a week ago.

Bought my 2016 GT350 late Feb 2016 and took actual delivery in late May 2016 (don't ask why delay). To date have not received the wrench, etc kit. Called Ford cust service on 6/20/17 and person i reached said to hang in there till end of June 2017 and i should receive at my home address on file with Ford. Yesterday i spoke to Ford Customer Service and another person said I needed to speak to a service adviser at any dealership because the kit actually had to be ordered through the parts dept. Spoke to a service adviser this morning who was familiar with this situation and she said their parts dept is getting bombarded with the same question....BUT Ford will actually be mailing the kit direct to owners on file and that they are still sending even though this was to be completed by the end of June. Service adviser said Ford is way behind on getting this program completed because each wrench is stamped vin specific to each GT350. So i guess this is an update and we just have to hang in there. I would think Ford would let us know somehow that there is still a big delay on this program.

Yes, the oil supplement came about later due to the recall. However, dealers have no involvement in the original supplement. Ford direct ships them to the customer and it never goes to the dealer. My original supplement came ~4 months after delivery.
