As a heads up:

Our intercooler is a bolt on. Works 100% with factory charge pipes.

Trimming/removal of lower grill shutters is required; most people do this anyways.

:)

If removing them isn't a big pain, I'd probably just do that. There's not a single moment I would want the shutters closed when I'm running this tune.

Exactly!!

It is two small cuts, two 8mm bolts, and one bolt connecting it to the motor/actuator and its out.

Can it be installed without taking the nose of the car apart?

The first installation requires bumper removal to trim/modify the shutter system. Anytime after that, the intercooler can be changes without removing the bumper cover again.

Do you plan to daily drive the car? If so, those grille shutters have a purpose beyond fuel economy.

Don't post something like this and not give an explanation as to why.
BmacMI please feel free to correct me as you see fit....

The lower grille shutters are meant to control the airflow through the stock IC. To much cooling through the IC can create condensation inside the cooler which can lead to misfires and things of that nature. They are there to prevent the EB F150's issues.

Rule of thumb... If it is on the car there is usually a reason for it. Now wether or not this reason applies to you is a different story.
