Is there a good searchable factory service manual for the 2021 Ford Mustang GT? I have one for my '18 F150 but it is difficult to navigate.

There are options. Two I know of are;
Ford service has a portal that you can subscribe to for a period of time (72 hours comes to mind) and you can download what you want. https://www.motorcraftservice.com/SetCountry?returnUrl=/

I did the 72 Hour approach myself and used this tool to download everything for my vin. Service manual, wiring diagrams, Connector pinouts.

If your somewhat technical it can be used to pull everything for your vehicle as pdfs in a folder structure, There is also an html flag so you can get it as both pdf and html.
