Changed mine off of the factory fill at 1,500 miles, and did the first change at 10,000 miles. Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W-20. Blackstone Labs said it looked amazing and there was far lower than normal insolubles and metals in the sample than most engines of this mileage. I changed again at 19,500 based on their recommendation and got another stellar report on that sample, too. I just did another at 29,500 but did not collect a sample. Since I drive more city now, I'll probably shorten my interval to around 8,000-9,000 miles, but no less. Data is data
