I've been ordering parts for my '65 resto from CJPP for the past 4 years and haven't had a bad transaction yet - prolly lucky by the sounds of it.
Have put an order in to American Muscle tonight for the GT - a Steeda tower brace, billet engine dress up kit, 2 x engine oil filters and a banner for the garage. Shipping with UPS is $93 and 10 working days to regional NSW, parts pricing was reasonable - so far so good.

I too have ordered many parts from CJ's over the last 18 months and have had no trouble.

Re your Steeda Strut Tower Brace - did you specify it for a RHD as there are 2 different Braces, one for LHD and one for RHD.

They are shaped differently to clear the K Brace on the Drivers side.

Good to hear.. I had a somewhat opposite when I ordered my catch can a while back. Nothing rude ect but waited a bloody long time for it to ship and after that huge wait was shipped the polished instead of the black. They offered for me to return it and when they received it back they would send me the correct part needless to say after the initial wait I have kept the polished can. It's shiny glow in the engine bay still annoys me too!

Could you use plastidip? Reckon that'd stick to the chrome without too much hassle. :shrug:

I've sent an email asking them to clarify but they're 16 hrs behind so will hear back in the morning I guess.

On another site the question is asked about this product and the answer is that it fits non US spec mustangs, and they are RHD.

Will see what comes back.

You may be right, re the Steeda Strut Tower Brace, now fitting our RHD cars.

See the attached link to the UK Section, where the Steeda Braces would not fit the RHD cars, due to it hitting the Drivers Side K Brace. This was back in early 2016.

Here's a good one. My air suspension arrived in full this morning from Jay at DotComParts on eBay. Unfortunately, the parcel was dispatched from the Air Lift warehouse directly and they'd given me the wrong size air line :doh:
I contacted Jay this morning. He suggested I purchase the airline locally and send him the invoice. Eg. I get my airline sooner.
Within an hour I had a notification from eBay showing that he's refunded me the cost of the airline locally and any freight charges.
Can't ask for any better than a bloke fixing someone else's mistake in that time frame. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dealt with CJ Pony Parts a fair bit with my Focus and now Mustang and they have always been great.

American muscle have also been great, even with a few stuff ups and a damaged item they handled it well and it was resolved promptly.

Another great experience with [MENTION=10136]RDP Store[/MENTION]. Quoted me a great price on the BMR cradle lockout kit, and after I had paid they realised the quoted price didn't include shipping. Steve said it was his mistake and offered to cover the shipping on his end. Great customer service and a good price to begin with.
