Do exhaust systems seal 100% air tight?
If you feel tiny puffs from in-between some joints is that normal.
I can't hear the tell tale exhaust leak noises. I can feel tiny puffs on the driverside clamp area. They are incredibly small. After it warms up there is no more puffs.
Is that considered an exhaust leak?

I would just put a wrench on all the clamps to make sure they're tight but even if there are still tiny puffs I'd call it good.

I'm pretty much going with that. I don't want to have unrealistic expectations however, I don't want it to not be right.

The joints shouldn't leak. Since yours seal when warm I wouldn't worry.
