@WIST2019GT what tires are you running?
I just went to a new setup this year. Last year when it went 9.3@153 I was on Forgestar D5s with 305/45-17 ET Street SS on the rear and the 18x5 Sportsman SR fronts.

I am now on Belak Series 3s with 315/50-17 ET Street Rs on the rear and moved to TBM brakes to fit the 17x4.5 Hoosier fronts. It saved me almost 100 pounds off the front of the car. I'm hoping to go deeper in the 9s before the trans dies lol.

That would be awesome and then add on a FI Interchiller to really help cool things down! šŸ˜Ž
Or install a water/meth system, with a tiny nozzle on it just for cooling. I'd see 15 degrees below ambient on my old car above 5000 RPM, which even the biggest intercooler on earth could never achieve.

Good knowledge to know! Havenā€™t heard of the Belak brand yet. Iā€™m running MT 305/45/17 street ss and letā€™s just say I donā€™t think they are gonna get the job done. Spin cityā€¦. šŸ¤¦ā€ā™‚ļø

They have done ok for me but now that I have dropped a pulley size they donā€™t wanna hold the power. I run them around 20 psi cold and they are usually 22 or 23 when warm. Maybe time to drop a little lower and see if that will help. On a side note my 20 yr old daughter said ā€œjust put some slicks on her dadā€! šŸ¤£

Yeah, the 10R80 gearing is much harder to keep them stuck down. More or so worse with the 3.55 combo. You got the pressure right. I gained 25-30% more forward grip when I brought my rear camber closer to vertical. Factory was -1.6Ā°, and -1.8Ā° at ride height.... During weight transfer/squat, I'm sure they were leaning in more than -2.3 to -2.5Ā°

It always amazes me all the little intricacies that go into not just making a car fast but actually hooking and using all the power you can put down.

First of all, baller wheel choice! Also its so amazing what cars can do these days, a simple blower, fuel system, and suspension and we got people knocking on 8s!

I'm hoping someone has. Shop thats doing install recommended. Got good price on it from a member on here.
Keep us posted, we definitely don't want to see people buying a product which doesn't increase TQ-HP. I feel Forum members feedback on products is what keeps these companies honest.
Thanks

Looks amazing, exactly what i want to run in the rear of my car. What springs and or mods are you running on the rear to fit 315 50 17s on the back?

So my goals with my car are street-ability, and car longevity (ideally something in the 700-750 rwhp range)

I was originally planning on going with the G3 120MM pulley on 93 pump gas, but I was seeing some reviews that you could still get engine knock on 93 octane with this pulley length if the fuel is sub-par, requiring you to buy boostane or some other fuel enhancer. Would going with a 125MM pulley eliminate some of the knock, and be considered safer on the engine for 93 pump fuel?

Also, what HP numbers are people putting up with 120-125mm pulleys, 93 pump gas, and x mods?

Or your tuner can pull out a degree or 2 of timing until you can do a fuel system and E85

Yeah I mean I'm not really trying to go E85 and have to add a fuel system just yet. I'd rather put the money into a blower and just run pump 93 gas, maybe upgrade the headers before or after the blower and obviously add a tune. At this point im moreso just looking for the best hp/$, while again maintaining the car as a daily driver/street car
