For that boost, a lot of people are just going bap or dw415… I’m using both just in case
Same here. I rather just replace the fuel pump with an aftermarket pump, rather then over drive my OEM pump. That's just me

Yes but also some are seeing pressure drops with tne dw415. With the Radium and the 285s I will have peace of mind.

I've read all 163 pages of this thread and I realize that this may have been addressed, but I would like some opinions on my personal build plans.

I have a 2016 GT PP1 manual and I want to make a reliable 700whp. Nothing more nothing less. I will be exclusively using 93 octane and it will be Lund tuned (I already have an ngauge).
The issue is that I'm undecided on which head unit to get.

G3 with 120mm pulley
or
G2 with 115mm pulley and G3 intercooler

The following will be used with either choice
Ford Performance 2020+ GT500 55lb/hr Injectors
NGK 6510 LTR7IX-11 Spark Plugs
Lethal BAP

So Do you plan on using both the OEM Fuel pump with the BAP and the DW415?

G3, 115mm pulley, 93 octane. That should get you very close to your goal.

I have the exact same car and went with the G3 with a 120mm pulley and I love it. From all the info I read, the G3 seemed to be a no brainer and eventually I might switch to E85 and turn up the boost, just no E85 local for me so i'd have to have drums of it. I would go G3

You Know whats kinda Ironic? I was talking with a Mustang Performance shop last month from Florida and he couldn't shit hard enough on the ESS Kit. Said it was Cheap Chinese Crap, The Air duct is flimsy and the Centri was poorly made/ He recommended I go with a Pro-charger? I wonder Why?

I'm in Florida, which shop said that? P.M. me if you don't mind. I know of one shop in central fl that is a dealer for procharger, but he's a pretty cool guy and I would hope he isn't the one who said it

@BigD94 any mods on the car?
Yea. Only a few.

  • American Racing LT headers catted (I'm going to go catless soon)
  • Ford Performance x Borla Touring catback
  • JLT intake (will obviously be removed for the ESS kit)
  • JLT Oil Separator (will be replacing with the UPR Dual Inlet Breather Tank as its a better complement to the ESS kit)
  • Mishimoto coolant tank (I'm hoping this will work with the ESS kit bc I really like it)
  • Also currently running a 93 tune from Lund for the current setup
